1. Scope of Services
The clinic provides in-clinic and telemedicine healthcare services. Telemedicine includes consultations via video, audio, or chat for non-emergency conditions.
2. Appointments & Services
- Appointments must be booked in advance
- The clinic reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service
- Treatment suitability is determined by the attending physician
3. Telemedicine Services
- Available only to patients physically present in the UAE
- Intended for non-emergency medical conditions
- Does not replace physical examination
- The physician may require an in-person visit when necessary
4. Emergency Disclaimer
For medical emergencies, patients must immediately contact UAE emergency services or visit the nearest hospital. Telemedicine must not be used in emergency situations.

9. Payments, Cancellation & Refunds
